The brief
Create additional open-plan living space in a semi-detached family home in West Bridgford. Replace the boiler, add under-floor heating and install a new kitchen and bathroom.
The process
This wrap-around extension included a two-storey side and single-storey rear development to maximise floorspace, create a family-friendly kitchen and embrace indoor-outdoor living with a six-leaf bi-fold with above-door glazing.
The outcome
Floor-space doubled with an additional first-floor bedroom, a shower room added to the master-suite and a larger bathroom.
